The prices were a fantastic value for what you receive, and the location couldn’t be better. The parking area was spacious, and the entrance was tidy and welcoming. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, especially a lovely young woman who made me feel right at home. The bar area was well-kept and clean, although the prices were a bit on the high side, which is common in hotels. The staff were among the friendliest I’ve encountered, and the young woman who assisted me with ordering food and choosing drinks, along with a very nice gentleman who delivered them, both exuded warmth and hospitality throughout my stay. My room was wonderful, very comfortable, and beautifully presented. I genuinely enjoyed my time there, although I believe the little details matter; perhaps a bit more coffee, sugar, tea, milk, and even some hot chocolate would be lovely, especially as Dunedin can get quite chilly.

The facilities were superb. The breakfast selection was rather impressive for a buffet. Everything was clean and well-maintained, providing a lovely place to relax. The gardens are beautiful, and there is a fantastic range of food and drinks at reasonable prices for the area.
