The character of both the building and its surroundings is absolutely breathtaking. The entire place is spotless; the housekeeping team truly excels at their work. The staff are consistently friendly and always ready to go above and beyond to meet guests’ needs whenever they can. During my last visit, which coincided with a snowstorm, many places had shut down, but Tong Park stayed open with a minimal staff, and they were a true blessing for the guests at that time! The evening menu and restaurant offer some of the finest dining in the area, and I genuinely believe it deserves much more recognition than it currently receives. I ended up staying for quite a while (thanks to the snowstorm) and sampled a good portion of the menu day by day; every meal was delightful, and it has now become one of my favorite spots in the area. I've since brought friends and family along, as well as hosted business meals there, and everyone has raved about how amazing the evening menu is!
I have visited this hotel several times while working in the area. During my most recent stay, the room didn't quite meet my expectations, and I provided some feedback about it. Just two weeks later, I came back, and I was thrilled to find that the staff had taken my comments to heart. The room I stayed in, 104, was fantastic! It was spotless, beautifully modernized, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff, as always, were wonderful—so friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. It was such a pleasure to return and see that the team had acted on my previous feedback and made improvements right away. I look forward to coming back again after this visit!
