Upon our arrival, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and so welcoming. The reception team was exceptionally nice and polite, and the security guard was always cheerful and smiling. We dined at the steakhouse for our evening meal, and wow… the lamb chops and steak were simply divine. The waiting staff and chef were so friendly and even came over to check if everything was to our liking. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, and the mushroom sauce was out of this world. I frequently stay here and can’t wait to come back! Thank you all, Sarah x
The staff here are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, always ready to help. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were top-notch - the bathroom in room 210 was simply fantastic! While the furnishings and decor in the room could use a little updating, I'm excited to see that the hotel is undergoing refurbishment, which will undoubtedly make it an exceptional place to stay. The areas that have already been completed look wonderful. Plus, the menu and bar offer great options at very reasonable prices.
