Trivelles. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and we were shown to a stunning Seaview room. The room itself was excellent, and the view was simply breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially towards LGBTQ couples. Our stay was amazing, and it’s clear this is a family-run business. The manager, Shaz, is truly exceptional. I’ve heard so many stories of how he has helped others, and I have developed a deep respect for him. The room was lovely and spotless. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel is also very accessible for those with disabilities and has a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere. I have a bad back, and one night I struggled to sleep, so Shaz kindly found me a mattress topper, which I greatly appreciated. Every member of the staff deserves a 10/10. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Trivelles. If I could give it a star rating, I would gladly award it ☆☆☆☆☆.
