Absolutely incredible! The staff are truly wonderful and work so hard. I was traveling solo and felt a bit overwhelmed on my first night, but they were so supportive and helped me through it. I had booked another hotel, but unfortunately, I couldn't check in due to some mental health care issue, and I'm still waiting for my refund. However, this hotel was just fantastic! I can't say enough good things about the staff; they are absolutely amazing! I've even landed a trial job here! The people are beautiful, the hotel is stunning, and the breakfast is delightful. I can't find a single fault anywhere! I would give them a 12 out of 10 for the care and compassion I received, especially from Max and Simon. A huge shoutout to the lovely, kind man who worked nights; I will never forget the kindness you showed me! Highly recommended, and I will definitely be sharing my experience with all my family and friends, as well as anyone I meet!
the staff was absolutely amazing 👌👍 nothing was too much trouble for them! We requested a room change simply because I wanted a bath, and they handled it all with big smiles on their faces. The team is truly a gem for the Royal Hotel! The entertainment was fantastic, and we cherished every single moment. We will definitely choose the Royal Hotel whenever we visit Skegness 💯❤️
