⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My partner and I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the OYO team for their exceptional hospitality! Although our stay was brief, it left us with delightful memories and feelings. We were happily surprised to find two bottles of water and teabags along with a kettle waiting for us in our room — such a considerate addition! Another unexpected yet greatly appreciated amenity was the fan — we visited Bath during a heatwave (around 30°C every day), and having a fan in the room made a significant difference. To our delight, breakfast was included in our stay, which was such a lovely surprise. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage at no extra cost, which was incredibly helpful. The hosts were warm, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. We felt truly cared for during our time there. We absolutely love this hotel — we will certainly return and highly recommend it to others!
