⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My partner and I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the OYO team for their exceptional hospitality! Although our stay was brief, it left us with delightful memories and feelings. We were happily surprised to find two bottles of water and teabags along with a kettle waiting for us in our room — such a considerate addition! Another unexpected yet greatly appreciated amenity was the fan — we visited Bath during a heatwave (around 30°C every day), and having a fan in the room made a significant difference. To our delight, breakfast was included in our stay, which was such a lovely surprise. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage at no extra cost, which was incredibly helpful. The hosts were warm, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. We felt truly cared for during our time there. We absolutely love this hotel — we will certainly return and highly recommend it to others!

Always impeccably clean. The rates are amazing, especially with three hotels in such close proximity, and The Berkeley Square Hotel just a quick two-minute walk away. The breakfast options are fantastic. Due to my last-minute booking and time constraints, I had to choose a shared bathroom, but to my surprise, it was no problem at all and was kept exceptionally clean. The bed was quite low, just about a foot off the ground, but incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. There was a plug socket by the bedside for my phone, which was a lovely addition. The room was cozy and warm, just right for a chilly January visit. It ticked all the boxes, and I must say, with January being a quieter time for the hospitality industry, it truly felt like a great deal.
