The staff here are incredibly friendly - when we checked in, the person at the front desk asked if my parents were comfortable with stairs and kindly switched our room to a lower floor since their knees aren't the best. There’s a fridge stocked with complimentary soft drinks, which is a nice touch. I appreciated the different colors and designs of the towels, making it easy to tell whose was whose. The beds were super comfortable, and the feather duvet was a lovely addition. The food was absolutely fantastic - my dad had the rabbit and raved about it. The beef bourguignon was both tender and packed with flavor. We also enjoyed the shared mixed grill, which was loaded with a variety of meats and grilled veggies. The full cooked breakfast is definitely worth it, and there are plenty of other options to choose from. Eddie at the bar was so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Overall, we all had a wonderful time during our stay.
Fantastic location right by Kilburn High Street, with Tesco Express and Sainsbury's local just a stone's throw away, plus plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. It's about a 10-15 minute stroll to the Kilburn Metro stop. The pub itself is charming, cozy, and has a quirky vibe. The food menu looks mouthwatering, and breakfast is served in the pub from 07:30 to 10am - it sounds delightful, but I ended up sleeping in and missed it! It's a perfect spot for events at Wembley Stadium/Arena. The staff are super friendly. As for the room, it was quite spacious, with a comfy bed, hot showers, a decent TV, and having a fridge was a nice touch. I've stayed here twice now, and both rooms were excellent (once on the ground floor and once on the first). Check-in and check-out were a breeze.
