The hotel is beautiful and spotless with fantastic rooms. We had a little hiccup with our booking through Booking.com, as we reserved a triple room, but the hotel doesn’t offer them. After driving over 500 miles from the Highlands of Scotland, we were a bit disappointed to find just two beds in our room, especially as three adult males. However, the two lovely female staff members at the reception were incredible and arranged an extra room for us at no additional cost. The rooms were stunning, modern, and very spacious, featuring nice bathrooms, a desk to work at, a large TV mounted on the wall, and super comfy, clean beds. There’s plenty of parking available, even for larger vans, and the rooms are well-equipped and contemporary, all within walking distance to the town center. The staff were exceptionally helpful, cheerful, and truly amazing; they deserve five stars on their own. We would absolutely stay here again, but if booking through this site, I’d recommend confirming the number of beds in a room with the hotel first. The hotel has a bar and restaurant on-site, but we arrived too late to enjoy it as it was closed. You might think it would be noisy with a McDonald's right next door and the traffic, but it wasn’t at all; we had a wonderful night’s sleep.

كل شيء كان رائعًا. خصوصًا الهدوء والاسترخاء والمودة والمساعدة من طاقم العمل عندما وصلنا في وقت متأخر جدًا في الساعة 1 صباحًا. ومرة أخرى خلال الإفطار - كان من الرائع حقًا تجربة هذه الدفء أثناء محاولة الاسترخاء. كانت الأعمال الفنية في جميع أنحاء الفندق جميلة، وكان التصميم والألوان الساطعة مبهجة. كانت الأسرة مريحة، والمفروشات جديدة، والحمام العصري نظيفًا تمامًا. كما أنني قدرت وجود مرافق الشاي والقهوة في الغرفة. كانت تنوع الإفطار جيدًا بشكل مثير للإعجاب، ينافس ما تتوقعه في فندق 4 أو 5 نجوم. حادثة واحدة أبرزت لي احترافية المنشأة. وصل ضيف في نفس الوقت الذي وصلنا فيه، وبسبب حادث غريب، تحطمت الباب الزجاجي. لحسن الحظ، لم يصب أحد، لكن الموظف في الاستقبال ظل هادئًا ومحترفًا، يتحقق مما إذا كانت بخير وإذا كانت بحاجة إلى أي مساعدة طبية. كانت متوترة قليلاً ولكنها كانت مرتاحة لأنها بخير وكانت تريد فقط الذهاب إلى السرير. في صباح اليوم التالي، تم إصلاح كل شيء وعاد كل شيء إلى طبيعته. الطريقة التي تم بها التعامل مع الموقف تتحدث كثيرًا عن الفندق وفريق إدارته. وبالنظر إلى كل ما هو متضمن، فإن السعر لكل ليلة هو صفقة رائعة.
