The gentleman who checked me in was so friendly! The room had some wear and tear, which was totally expected. But the beds were comfy, my cat was allowed, and I could park right outside my door. Plus... the AC worked great and was QUIET!

I am grateful for the staff's readiness to address my concerns; they promptly changed our room after it was incorrectly labeled as a smoking room, preventing my husband from having to encounter the smell that triggered his asthma attack.
