
The customer service at Motel 6 is significantly better than that of the Days Inn next door, as the staff is attentive, caring, and treats guests with respect, which I truly appreciate. However, I had a negative experience with the manager, James, who was quite rude to me. On my very first night there, he insisted that I leave the property for 72 hours while I was trying to get my baby girl and 2-year-old son into the car. This behavior felt very unprofessional.

Tara the front office personal is absolutely amazing !She treats every one with the upmost respect. She’s very professional and humble. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else because this type of customer service has become instinct. Thank God it’s still good customer service around. She’s made it easier to find. Also, if you’re looking for a nice clean hotel room in Charlotte located easily off 77 it’s tons of restaurants located near by. This is the spot !
