The front desk clerk !! I think her name was Ms Karen she is the lady in the office she is the most professional clerk I have ever encountered in my hotel experiences , she was so sweet and helpful she had a very verbal detailed explaining where the room was located and also overall just the kindest soul that I have ever met! Thank you Karen for your kindness we need more people like you in the world! Hope you're treated well at your work bc you sure do deserve it!

nice location but really old place if you like historic new features should be arriving nice lobby service no breakfast but the I hop is attached
