This hotel is undoubtedly the cleanest place I've ever stayed! Our twin room was incredibly spacious, and the beds were super comfy, equipped with everything you might need, including a hairdryer, iron and board, fridge, and safe. The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, especially the restaurant team and the chef who prepared breakfast. The cooked breakfast was fantastic, and I loved enjoying it by the large window while watching the world outside. The location couldn't be better for exploring the City Center. The spa facilities were wonderful too, featuring a lovely large swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Don't miss out on the afternoon tea; it's a real treat!
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The reception staff were incredibly friendly. Although there was a one-hour delay for check-in, they sincerely apologized and offered complimentary drinks for my partner and me. To our delight, we were upgraded to a privilege room with a stunning view of Cardiff. I mentioned that my partner had celebrated a birthday the day before, and when we entered our room, we found a lovely birthday card along with two Welsh cakes. Such a thoughtful gesture!
