Our stay was truly beyond what we had hoped for. The staff was not only courteous and professional, but they also went the extra mile to make our experience memorable. We were celebrating our anniversary, which we mentioned during our booking, and to our surprise, we were upgraded to a stunning room with a breathtaking view. They even surprised us with some delightful sweets and a lovely 'happy anniversary' card. I was so touched by their thoughtfulness that I couldn't help but get a little emotional (I guess I'm a softie at heart). This trip was incredibly special for us, and the hotel staff made it even more unforgettable. The room itself was immaculate, cozy, and impressively spacious, complete with a lovely view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which is a big deal since my partner is quite particular about sleeping arrangements. Although our stay was brief due to work commitments, we didn't have the chance to enjoy the spa facilities, but we are definitely looking forward to returning for a longer visit and hopefully indulging in those amenities then!
The pool was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Two team members, in particular, stood out. One of them came to our room last night after I expressed my concerns and was feeling a bit upset. He kindly gave us a complimentary pass, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Please extend my gratitude to him, even though I don’t know his name. The other standout was the gentleman at the reception this morning who lent us an umbrella for our walk into town. Breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel was spotless, and the massage I received was excellent. The waiting areas were so lovely, chill, and relaxing. I will definitely be returning for another stay!
