We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely room with two full-sized windows on two corner walls. Staying on the tenth floor provided us with beautiful views. The room was spacious enough and equipped with a television, tea and coffee-making facilities, an iron, and a hairdryer. There was a bathtub with a separate shower. The bed was quite comfortable, although it was a bit soft and lumpy for my taste. The air conditioning worked well. There was a faint smell of drains, which I often associate with hotels abroad. Customer service was good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a room that felt slightly dated. We typically prefer a Premier Inn because we know what to expect for a better price. Unfortunately, we couldn't try the spa, which I believe would have enhanced the experience further. A happy couple here! I would recommend it if you can get a good deal.
An amazing location right by all the shops, the hotel was perfect with spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast was fantastic, offering high-quality food with plenty of options, and the spa was excellent. I would like to thank Rida at reception, who welcomed us warmly and was always ready to assist with anything we needed. He truly adds value to the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I will certainly book this hotel again!
