I want to keep it real and apologize to everyone I sent to the hotel this past weekend. I truly believed the new management was ready to go, but they clearly still have some major growing pains to work through. Please don’t give up on them just yet—they’re putting in the work to fix everything and the service, and I know they’ll be on point soon. I appreciate y’all for trusting my word, and I'm sorry for the bad experience while they get their house in order.
