I wasn't informed about the breakfast arrangements upon my arrival. It wasn't until my second day that I inquired about where breakfast was served. I also had to request an extra pillow. Some of the toiletries in the shared bathroom were depleted. The location was excellent, as I needed to be close to King's College Hospital. Camberwell was a charming area. The hotel was tidy. The towels were lovely. I appreciated the shabby chic vibe of the hotel. There was a good supply of toilet paper in the shared bathroom.

The heating in my room was just right, which made my business trip much more comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by how much nicer the rooms were compared to the photos online. Everything felt fresh and tidy, which is a big plus for me. Self check-in was super easy, allowing me to get straight to work without any fuss. I also loved the lovely towels provided; they added a nice touch of luxury after long meetings. This hotel will be my go-to whenever I'm in town.
