This hotel is a bit older but one of my best hotel experiences in Dubai in years and I practically live in hotels. It is clean, the rooms are large, very good bathrooms with bathtub, water pressure is good, check-in does not require a long wait. The price/service-quality ratio is right. Staff is very friendly, professional and courteous. The location is very good if you want to be in this area (Burjuman Mall, Dubai Creek and Al Seef nearby). After a long search, I have once again found a hotel that I can choose without hesitation, after some of the hotels I stayed in before raised the price with decreasing service and quality.

This was my second extension to my stay. Upon leaving, the hotel kindly accommodated my request for a late check-out. While it wasn’t entirely sufficient for my needs, it was satisfactory. After checking out, I had a three-hour wait as my flight was scheduled quite late. While I was in the lobby, Ms. Harshani and her colleague from the Food & Beverage team graciously approached me to remind me that I still had an unused lunch included in my package. I hadn’t realized this, and they didn’t have to point it out—such a thoughtful gesture was purely out of courtesy. Much appreciated, team!
