The hotel has the most attentive staff who really care about guest. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all of them. The hotel has high standards of cleanliness and we especially want to thank Sita from housekeeping department as well as Fella. Abhiraj, Eugene, Sagar with the girls from FnB team during the breakfast and dinner time were absolutely stunning, they greeted us with their smiles and make sure we are satisfied with a service. Ganga from bell desk such a lovely person who greeted us with a smile from the moment we step into the hotel unitil our check out. Mahmood and Franz at the Front Desk were outstanding and they provided early check in. On the rooftop there is a swimming pool / 24 hour gym and a realy nice person lifeguard Dileepa who is there to assist with all you need. The hotel rooms are specious , extremely clean and comfortable. The location in Bur Dubai is convenient if you wish to be close to the center and the airport. There is a metro station Burjuman just 5 min away from the hotel. There is a local hyper market Lulu opposite the hotel. We were staying during the National day and the hotel management invites us to the cutting cake ceremony and celebration which was so nice guesture. This hotel deserves a solid 5 stars ⭐️! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is cozy and affordable, which is a big plus. I really appreciated how helpful everyone was with my questions. A special shoutout to Franz for making my check-in process so smooth and quick! I also want to thank Samara for allowing me to leave my main luggage behind while I explored the city with just my hand carry after checking out. It made navigating the metro subway a breeze! The hotel is conveniently located near the BurJuman subway station, making it easy to switch from the red line to the green line. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the sauna and gym facilities are top-notch. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed sampling the Arabic dishes—they were delicious! ❤️ I stayed on the second floor, and even at midnight, I could hear the club's music, but it didn’t bother me at all. For those who prefer a quieter environment, it might be a consideration, but a pair of earplugs would do the trick. I just turned on my iPad and it worked perfectly for me. I still managed to get a good night's sleep without any interruptions!
