The overall experience was quite serene and definitely justified the price. However, reaching out to the Oyo agent and obtaining the key was quite a hassle. We had arranged for a late check-in due to our late flight, but the agent was unresponsive and failed to arrive, despite our numerous calls prior to our arrival. This left us in a bit of a bind at midnight with our one-year-old baby, being told to look for another room. Eventually, after some persistence, we managed to get inside. The room itself was decent, although some amenities like the kitchen and laundry were not completely set up, as it was a new apartment. The location is very central, making it a convenient spot to stay.
