The location was great, really easy to find. I stayed in a room at the top of the house, which might not be ideal for someone in a wheelchair, but I didn’t mind the stairs at all. The bed linens and towels were fresh and clean. The mattress was quite springy, but I still managed to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also spotless. When I arrived, there was parking available, but it did come with a fee. While I was unloading my car, I asked the receptionist if it was okay to leave my car there for a moment. He mentioned that the wardens had been around earlier and probably wouldn’t return (I got there around five o'clock). Just as I was about to hop in the shower after my drive from Plymouth, my phone rang. It was the receptionist, BASSETT, letting me know that the wardens were back. I quickly threw on a shirt and pants, dashed down the stairs, and thankfully, I saw the wardens who didn’t give me a ticket. They kindly suggested a different parking spot that wouldn’t cause any issues. If it weren’t for BASSETT, I could have ended up with a £60.00 ticket on top of my fuel costs, so I’m really grateful for his help!

I have visited the Langford hotel numerous times over the years, and I have consistently been pleased with every aspect of my stay. The rooms are always clean and peaceful, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. On this occasion, I forgot my phone charger at home, and my phone's battery was running low! Nirash at the reception kindly offered to charge it for me, which saved me from a potential crisis. Thank you so much! The hotel is ideally located near the beach, and there are parking spaces available right outside. (Just a tip: always use the middle lane if you're staying overnight.) The spots next to the curb have a maximum stay of 2 hours. Just a couple of doors down is the Oeuf Cafe, which serves breakfast, brunch, and cocktails, along with some fantastic vegan and vegetarian options. It's a good idea to make a reservation!
