I recently had the pleasure of staying at the beach hotel in Newquay while I was in the area for work training. As a local in Cornwall, I thought it would be more convenient to stay close by with my back-to-back work and training schedule, which really helped ease the pressure. The receptionist was absolutely fantastic, providing excellent customer service, and I truly hope she gets recognized for the amazing job she does. She was always available if I needed anything. The room sizes are a bit smaller compared to some other hotels, but honestly, it was perfectly fine for my needs. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and if I find myself back in Newquay, I would definitely choose to stay here again.
I booked a single room for the bank holiday weekend, and I was absolutely thrilled with my experience. The hotel is stunning and ideally situated for exploring the nearby beaches and attractions. My room was delightful and impeccably clean. The dining and lounge areas exude elegance, and having a piano player during meals added a charming touch. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. They were incredible, going above and beyond to ensure my visit was as enjoyable as possible. From helping me with my banking issues to introducing me to their fantastic cocktails (you absolutely have to try one or more!), I can't wait for my next trip. Newquay, you have a truly wonderful hotel!
