Location good because it's by the street food on the beachfront. You likely won't get a view of said beach, though. I didn't have the same issues with service as others, but I will note that the room is kind of terrible. The service did up it a little, but it still isn't great. Ants everywhere, no refrigerator, and the bathroom gets extremely humid and smelly because there's little ventilation since the installed fan is really weak. For a room of four people, there were only four plugs available, with the fan plugged into one, so you couldn't even charge all four of your phones simultaneously unless you didn't want your fan to be running. Moreover, one of the plugs was completely broken, so we had to ask for an extension cord, because we were basically working with 2 plugs for 4 people that were gonna be out all day and needed GPS and Grab and whatnot. Thankfully, they kindly gave us one :) Additionally, the front door to your phone has an amazing giant frosted glass pane that completely illuminates your room like a floodlight at night because the hallway light is blinding and... Well, light travels through glass. Made it a little more difficult to sleep, but I always recommend bringing an eye mask for all travelers regardless of this specific issue.
