Everything was fantastic! The rooms are incredible, cosy, and spacious, with some offering beautiful views. Room 4 had stunning views and was very large and comfortable. Room 29 was slightly smaller but just as cosy. We decided to extend our stay for an extra night and were moved to rooms 16 and 17, both of which were gorgeous. All these rooms are superior doubles. The restaurant served delicious food – we enjoyed afternoon tea as part of a spa day package. The leisure facilities and spa were wonderfully relaxing; we spent the entire day there! The staff were all fantastic, but Nadia at Reception truly stood out; she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. We felt like VIPs. Thank you! We will definitely be back again.

The room was very lovely, clean, and had a comfortable bed along with a large television. There wasn't a hairdryer as mentioned, but we only needed a place to rest, so it was perfect for us. Access to the lift was great for the pushchair. We stayed near reception in Woodlands. The surrounding nature was stunning, with sheep wandering about. Each area, like the restaurant and spa, operates independently or has been sold, so there are additional charges for using those facilities, although the swimming pool was really enjoyable and pleasantly warm. We took a trip to Stratford-upon-Avon, which is a wonderful old town with swans and boat rides.
