Everything was absolutely brilliant! Ellie welcomed us warmly and was incredibly helpful. We chose this hotel for its excellent value and its close proximity to Crewe station. We took the train for a smooth journey to Liverpool Lime Street station for a wedding in the city. The room was immaculate and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic – so many choices, delicious sausages, and great coffee! David was also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you!
