In my experience, I can say that it exceeded all my expectations. The staff who assisted us (three different people at reception) were very friendly, answered our questions, and even helped us by storing drinks in the refrigerator while we were away so they would be chilled when we returned. The facilities were excellent. The room was clean, with no unpleasant odors. The beds weren't super soft, but when you're tired, you can fall asleep anywhere. The TV had a limited number of channels, but it did the job. The internet was a bit intermittent, but nothing that was bothersome. The bathroom was great, with good water pressure, hot water was always available, and four towels were provided. As for the location, it's just one block from the Alameda park, and the surrounding area is well-lit. We never felt unsafe. Across the street there's a grocery store, which is very convenient because they have everything you need for a quick trip downstairs, to pick up a snack or any toiletries you might have forgotten. En mi experiencia puedo comentarles que debido a esto superó toda expectativa que tenía antes de llegar. En todo momento los empleados que nos atendieron (3 diferentes personas en recepción) fueron muy amables, respondieron nuestras dudas, nos apoyaron guardando bebidas en el refrigerador mientras no estábamos para cuando volviéramos al hotel estuvieran frescas. Las instalaciones estuvieron excelentes. Limpio el cuarto, sin ningún olor negativo, las camas no son tan suaves pero con sueño uno cae rendido donde sea. La televisión tiene pocos canales pero cumple su función. El internet es un poco intermitente pero nada que llegue a ser molesto El baño todo bien, buena presión del agua, nunca faltó agua caliente, 4 toallas. En cuestión de ubicación a una cuadra de la Alameda, en los alrededores todo está bien iluminado, en ningún momento nos sentimos inseguros. Cosa aparte enfrente hay una tienda de abarrotes, lo cual es muy práctico por qué tienen de todo ahí solo para bajar rápido, comprar algún snack o cosas de limpieza personal que se pudiera haber olvidado. Bastante práctico y conveniente. Basado en nuestra experiencia de haber estado desde el Sábado hasta el Lunes recomiendo ampliamente este lugar. Todo estuvo muy bien, ojalá que sigan brindado este excelente servicio.

(Original) Buen lugar para descansar , 4 estrellas buen servicio , no te ponen jetas , solo se ve que cumplen con su trabajo los empleados recepción etc , (ósea son respetuosos) sin embargo son amables. De acuerdo a las habitaciones no me ha tocado una mala experiencia muy limpio , las sábanas , almohadas & de mas. Los baños se ven económicos pero son limpios , te dejan jabones , Botellita de shampoo , toallas limpias 100% increíble (hasta eso se esmeran por hacer que se vea limpio) El único detalle que tiene este hospedaje es que de repente tiene un falso en donde se depositan las tarjetas (no es muy común) pero es raro más cuando prendes los ventiladores jaja sin embargo para quedarte a pasar una noche es cómodo y te hacen un parote ya que hay internet gratis , te dejan 2 aguas x habitación & si ayuda mucho eso jaja , la ubicación es buena ya que saliendo hay gente & no se ve inseguro (más que nada porque está lit enfrente bellas artes) 100% lo recomiendo.
