We stayed at the resort for four nights and had the best time because of the amazing hostess that is Bibi. she took care of every problem we had and helped us arrange everything we wanted. When we went elephant petting she got us a very fair deal and gave us breakfast before the activity.I have a severe nut allergy and she made sure that the food which was served at the elephant sanctuary had no nuts which I didn’t even think to ask about. She always had the best attitude about everything and made our stay there the best we had on our trip.
This is one of the best places we have stayed thus far on our trip around SE Asia! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - offering us information about the local area, the best drinks to have for rehydrating and great places to eat! The style of the hotel is a beautifully unique setting that I don’t feel the pictures do any justice! The whole area is a quiet yet lively part of chiang mai, with amazing restaurants, bars and markets! The sauna is a great way to relax in the day and detox for an hour!
