تجربتي الأولى في الحجز بناءً على التقييمات كانت رائعة! الموظفون كانوا في غاية اللطف والاهتمام - المدخل نظيف ومريح للغاية. استلمت الغرفة في الطابق الثالث، الغرفة 301، وكانت نظيفة جداً والأثاث بحالة ممتازة، ودورة المياه كانت نظيفة بشكل استثنائي. الغرفة واسعة والتلفزيون يحتوي على كل ما تحتاجه. السطح يحتوي على مسبح كبير ونظيف، بالإضافة إلى مقهى يطل على المسبح (كل ممرات الفندق تعزف فيها أصوات القرآن المريحة). حدث لي ظرف اضطررت فيه للمغادرة، لكن المسؤول في الفندق كان متفهمًا جدًا بخصوص المبلغ الذي دفعته، رغم أنني لم أكمل إقامتي. وعدني بحل عادل يرضيني، وهذا أسعدني كثيرًا. أنصح بشدة بهذا الفندق للأزواج والعائلات والأصدقاء. شكرًا!
Hotel is really nice overall. The rooms are spacious and lovely. The bed is super comfortable, and the air conditioning works great. There's also car parking available. I met a friendly Saudi male staff member who was very helpful, and I think he upgraded me to a deluxe room because I requested it, saying I deserved it. Huge thanks to him! 🌹 The room has excellent sound insulation, and the pleasant scent throughout the hotel was delightful.
