I’ll be completely upfront; I checked out the reviews before making my reservation and ultimately decided to go for it. While the price I ended up paying was different, I understand that it’s the hotel’s policy not to use that amount, and I won’t lower my rating for that. Perhaps it’s because I came from the UAE, where I experienced professional service and the staff were clear and honest in their explanations of the policies. I highly suggest opting to pay the deposit in cash, as it might be more convenient. The room was spacious, and the overall cost fit perfectly within my budget.
The hotel is situated right in the city center. We reached the Kingdom Tower in just a 10-minute drive. Just a heads up, it's in the heart of town, so the roads can get quite busy with traffic. There are a lot of cars around. The room is quite spacious, and the mattress is really comfortable; they even offer extra pillows. The bathroom is on the smaller side but still perfectly fine.
