We didn’t get our room until 5pm, which was a bit frustrating. The staff didn’t seem very friendly and acted like it was our fault for booking online. Fortunately, they ended up giving us an upgrade since they were out of regular rooms. The room itself was quite nice and clean, although some amenities were missing. We had to call multiple times before they finally picked up our calls. During our three-day stay, we didn’t receive any housekeeping, even though we left the make-my-room sign on for several hours during their designated time and reminded them in person at the reception. Overall, the staff had a somewhat unwelcoming demeanor and a laid-back attitude, but everything else was satisfactory. The location is great, with plenty of shops and brands just a five-minute walk away.

I recently spent 4 days at the Sunday Hotel in Jeddah, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that I received top-notch service throughout my stay. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a fantastic swimming pool. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, and the rooms were both comfortable and well-kept. One suggestion for enhancement would be the breakfast options. While the hotel shines in many aspects, a more varied and flavorful breakfast spread would elevate the experience even further. All in all, I would highly recommend the Sunday Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Jeddah. With just a few adjustments to the breakfast menu, this hotel could become truly outstanding.
