But before I left, they called me to inform me that there was an outstanding amount. I asked them why, and they said they forgot to record the full amount. I did not benefit from anything from the hotel, whether water or anything else. Is this the correct way?

The location of the hotel is excellent in the heart of Jeddah, next to a supermarket and a laundry. The suite was spacious and the bathrooms were very clean. The sound insulation was great; there were no outside noises, providing complete tranquility, which is a very important feature. There are also available parking spaces.
