I stayed at the hotel a few months back, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, right on Al-Tawbah Street, which has everything you could need, and it's conveniently close to the historic center of old Jeddah (Al-Balad). The staff were very friendly. When I encountered an issue with the safe, they promptly replaced it. However, I did notice a slight lack of cooperation from one of the front desk staff this time. It could have been a hotel policy, but it was a bit surprising. There are certain essentials that should be available in any hotel. For instance, I requested scissors one evening while I was packing for my departure the next day, but the staff informed me they didn’t have any! I ended up having to walk to a nearby pharmacy to buy some. I truly believe that providing tools and equipment to enhance guests' comfort should be a top priority for hotels. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again if I find myself in Jeddah in the future. Just a friendly suggestion to the hotel: it would be great to have some basic supplies and equipment available for guests when they need them. This would add significant value to your hotel experience.

I chose to stay here on my way back from Umrah since I was traveling solo with my three kids (11, 3, and 1) and wanted to avoid hanging around the airport. I checked in at 4pm and stayed until 11pm, with my flight scheduled for around 2am. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the hotel felt quite new. The shower was spotless, which I really appreciated. The room had all the essentials, like slippers and a full-length mirror. The bed was also very spacious. It's a straightforward hotel (not a luxury one), but it served my needs perfectly. Plus, there was a Domino's just a short walk away, and my kids loved the pizza!
