Very clean rooms and clean toilet with basic toiletries and towel provided. Wi-Fi connection is pretty bad and unstable. No bottled water provided. No lift so have to walk up to level 4. Reception is not always open, and I didn't have any local phone line to call the local number so had to wait outside for about 2 hours till the reception open to check in because I arrived very early at 5am.
Customer service are superb. We arrived 4am in the morning and they still accommodated us by answering our call. We booked ahead of time so we can stay early in the morning. Location is near UST and restaurants. Clean rooms indeed. Thank you!
