The hotel is located very close to Pashupatinath Temple, which is a big advantage for travelers and pilgrims. The hotel services were good overall, and the staff behavior was also decent. However, one thing that was disappointing is that there are no ceiling fans in the rooms; only wall-mounted fans are provided. If you are visiting during the summer season, I would strongly recommend booking an AC room for a more comfortable stay. Apart from this issue, the overall stay and services were satisfactory.
The room was okay. Some stain in bedsheets and some of the basic amenities were missing like brus sampoo an TV was not functioning. Good part was they offer complementary breakfast which is included in your package.
