For a private room at this price, it's more attractive than staying in Thamel. Towels and toilet paper are provided at check-in. They also clean the room and change towels. The restaurant on the first floor is delicious. I tried a variety of dishes, and the prices were reasonable, the portions were generous, and they served authentic Nepali cuisine. A large cup of milk tea (chai) was only 50 yen, so I ordered it several times. The shower temperature was perfect and it was available 24 hours a day. The toilet and shower are in the same space, but they're not shared; each room has its own individual unit. What I like most about OYO hotels is the fast Wi-Fi. Each floor has a Chinese-made router, so the speed is fast. While power outages do occur occasionally in Nepal, the Wi-Fi is powered by a separate power source, so it never cuts out. However, for some reason, even though the WiFi was connected, the internet connection would sometimes drop out, so I had to connect it to my cell phone to work. I think this is the highest level of quality for a hotel in Nepal. As it is far from Thamel, there are hardly any tourists, so you can experience Nepalese life.
