First let me address the road conditions everyone seems to be so put out with... There IS a perfectly good PAVED road leading to this place, but if a person replied completely on Google Maps, you will end up on the bumpy dirt road....Go a little past the dirt road and look on the map, the paved road IS there. Now on with my review.... This is a hidden gem of a place! For the price point, you can't go wrong. This is not a big resort. It's a locally owned place and the restaurant is open but I'm not sure the schedule. The hotel isn't "fancy" and it's not party central. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, comfy, and safe place with a lovely pool area to relax...this is it. We always stay in the same two rooms and they are very clean and spacious. The beds are very comfy. Ask for extra pillows if you are pillow hogs like we are lol because they only put 3 out for a King bed. The a/c is COLD and there is plenty of lighting in the room and bathroom. Plenty of outlets for your devices too, which some hotel rooms always seem short on. It's close enough to downtown to get a cheap taxi to pretty much any place you want to go. The people who work here.... Great folks. They are always so friendly and accommodating. Our last trip however, they went above and beyond. My husband and I left at 4:30 am to go fishing with the intention of returning around 10:00 to check out. My husband had a medical emergency and ended up in a local hospital until almost 2:00 pm. We let the hotel know we would not be able to make the regular check out time. The hotel staff were so kind and concerned. When we DID finally get there, they insisted on helping us get our things out to our truck. And not in a "I'll help you with your bag and then stand around waiting for a tip" kind of way. They got us loaded and wished us well without any expectations other than "come see us when you get well". I can't say how much I appreciated this. Blarney had been a favorite of ours for years and we look forward to our next relaxing visit.

Belle vue depuis le balcon et jolie piscine. Parking gratuit. Attention: 2 chemins d’accès (1 bétonné et l’autre non), malheureusement Google maps a tendance à vous faire passer par le non bétonné donc n’hésitez pas à prendre la rue suivante et la montée sera plus agréable!
