Kamar yang saya dapatkan tidak sesuai dengan yang saya pesan di aplikasi. Menurut penjelasan dari staf, ada kesalahan di sistem aplikasi. Saya sudah memesan kamar double dengan AC, tetapi saat check-in, saya mendapatkan kamar biasa dengan kipas angin. Mohon untuk diperbaiki agar tidak terjadi lagi.
