Saya menginap selama liburan dan sangat senang bisa tinggal di sana selama 3 hari. Puas banget dengan pengalaman kuliner yang ditawarkan. Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan mall PTC dan banyak tempat makan. Untuk pergi ke Jembatan Ampera, ada angkot yang hanya 5000. Mau kuliner ke PS Ilir 26 juga gampang, tinggal naik angkot itu. Stafnya ramah dan membantu. Hanya saja, di sekitar tempat makan ada sedikit bau yang kurang sedap, mungkin karena ada tamu yang menginjak sesuatu yang menempel di lantai.
I reserved room ID 1532494961 with the "with breakfast" option. However, when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that they don't actually provide breakfast. They mentioned that breakfast is only available if the OYO staff brings it to them, which means I essentially booked a room "without breakfast." I would appreciate a refund for this, as the charge should reflect the correct booking type.
