Kalo misal mau ke Pasar Terapung bisa naik klotok dari Siring, jalan 2 menit sampai ke dermaga klotok. Tapi untuk stay cation, atau perlu istirahat banget mending dipikirkan lagi. Karena dinding kabinnya itu dari kalsiboard, bukan kayu apalagi beton. Untuk bersandar kurang nyaman dan yang paling penting suara di luar terdengar jelas. Sama satu lagi. admin WA slow respon banget, ya walau mungkin sebanyak itu yang chat tapi tetap harus diusahakan fast respon. Pertama mau nginap di sini saya chat sore, dibalas dini hari. Kedua kali saya chat pagi dibalas siang. Besoknya sebelum check in saya chat lagi buat make sure kamar, malamnya saya chat minta kirimin menu makanan, tidak ada balasan sama sekali. Mohon untuk ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya, supaya tamu lebih nyaman. Untuk kebersihan sudah sangat baik, malam2 masnya ngepel sama bersihin kamar mandi. Kamar mandi umum tetap nyaman, ngga antri. Tapi buat cewe mending ambil room dengan kamar mandi di dalam, ngga ribet bolak balik kunci pintu pas ke luar kamar. Oh iya untuk TV ngga ngerti kemarin tombol powernya di mana, remote kayanya ngga berfungsi.

Pelayanannya juga sigap, kita datang ke penginapan kehujanan dalam keadaan baju basah semua, proses check in ga sampai 3 menit soalnya receptionisnya peka kalau kita udah kedinginan banget, kita mesan di kamar standar. Pas masuk kamar ga lama ada yg ngantar teh hangat buat kita,kaget dong. Pas mau di kasih uang soalnya kita kira bayar, tapi kata mas nya gratis. Bintang 5 deh buat pelayanannya. Ga kaya dihotel lain minjem alat makan aja harus beli sama makanannya sekalian, cape deh. Belum lagi kalau check in hari Sabtu bisa ikut ke pasar terapung padahal kita cuma check in dikamar yang harganya 150k permalam. Tapi kata receptionist nya gratis ke pasar terapung untuk semua tipe kamar minimal dua orang, mau dari kamar termurah maupun termahal. Best deh ga membeda2kan pelanggan, semua yg datang bakalan dapat perlakuan yang sama. Lokasinya bagus di dekat menara pandang, disamping penginapan ada Alfamidi jadi ga perlu jauh jauh kalau butuh sesuatu. bakal jadi penginapan langgananku nih.
