Sebenernya potensial dan strategis, seandainya dpt pendanaan/merger management, bakal cukup menjanjikan mengingat lokasinya sgt strategis & luas. Perlu update kondisi terkini & koreksi harga ya, krn sekelas losmen gak mgk ratenya jutaan gini. Saat itu kondisi standart room yg non AC, no wifi, no hot shower, ada teras belakang buat smoking area. Staff hotel dgn kearifan lokal cukup membantu, apalagi kerjanya multitask. Parkir luas, banyak tempat makan di sekitar, sy transit dsni krn dtg lebih awal dari jadwal booking sy dihotel lain & terlanjur bayar via online, tak sadar kalau lagi ramai liburan, jadi tak mudah cari hotel budget, apalagi mndarat malam2 di Balapan, losmen ini ckup membantu utk kondisi2 urgensi. Datang langsung lebih aman, biar gak kecelek dgn harga dan fasilitasnya.
