Awalnya saya tidak berencana untuk menginap di daerah Cihampelas saat ke Bandung, tetapi keadaan memaksa ketika saudara saya harus dirawat di RS Advent. Saya pun menemukan Hotel Promenade yang lokasinya dekat dengan rumah sakit dan juga Cihampelas Walk. Saya melakukan check-in sekitar pukul 11 malam dan disambut oleh resepsionis yang sangat ramah dan membantu. Resepsionis dengan cepat mengganti kamar saya ketika jendela kamar tidak bisa ditutup. Begitu masuk ke dalam kamar, saya merasa "Syukurlah, bisa tidur nyenyak malam ini!" Suasananya sangat nyaman dengan ukuran ruangan yang pas. Oh ya, saya memilih kamar tipe Superior King Room dengan 2 tempat tidur terpisah. Kamar mandinya juga dirancang dengan sangat nyaman dan bersih. Kamar dilengkapi dengan TV Kabel, AC, dan Pemanas Air. Satu-satunya kekurangan bagi saya adalah saat meminta menu restoran, ternyata mereka hanya menyediakan saat sarapan (dan hanya nasi goreng). Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat puas menginap di sini, bahkan yang awalnya hanya ingin semalam, saya perpanjang hingga hari berikutnya! Saya beri nilai 8/10 👌
We booked 2 Deluxe connecting rooms and 1 Deluxe king for a getaway with 8 friends. The hotel is in a great location, perfect for resting after a long day, even though it has a bit of an older vibe. One of our rooms had an air conditioner that wasn't as cool as we hoped, and there was a small issue with the parquet floor coming up, which made us trip a little. But the hotel staff was super quick to address those issues, so it all worked out fine. The hot water was great, and we loved being right next to an ATM, a supermarket, and plenty of restaurants. Plus, it’s just a short walk to Ciwalk Mall, which was a bonus. Overall, we had a fantastic time during our stay!
