(Translated by Google) I've been to Bandung twice and stayed here, in 2025 I stayed here honestly, I was very satisfied with the service and facilities, the room was clean, the water and AC were working well. That's why I went to Bandung again in 2026 and stayed here again, but unfortunately the experience in 2026 was less than satisfactory, I booked a twin room and when I entered I saw the bed sheets were very worn out, the blanket was also a bit damp, I even asked for the pillowcase to be replaced. The AC had a problem and I asked the staff to fix it, after it was fixed it didn't take long for it to turn off again, so I slept with the AC off, I wanted to chat with the staff again but I was too lazy because it was already midnight, luckily Bandung wasn't that hot so I could still sleep without AC. In terms of price, this hotel is very worth it, the staff are also kind and very fast response. Maybe the owner and staff can pay more attention to the facilities, those that are shabby and damaged can be replaced for better service.

(Translated by Google) Please pay attention to the sheets being changed, they are already dirty, it seems they haven't been changed, it's disgusting, someone else's used them, towels aren't provided, ask for them first before they're given them to make a bed, drinking water isn't provided, that's strange, please fix it.
