They initially set us up in a double room instead of the twin room we requested. When we brought it to their attention, they switched us to a twin room, but it wasn't cleaned yet. The hot water wasn't hooked up to the natural gas, and while a staff member did connect it after we asked, he didn't check for any leaks. We could hear and smell gas leaking, so we disconnected it ourselves. That felt a bit careless, considering the potential danger. They also promised us a motorcycle rental, but the next morning, no one seemed to know anything about it. Overall, the lack of attention to detail was a bit frustrating. The staff were friendly, but the professionalism was lacking. The price was definitely budget-friendly.
Hotelnya gampang dicari, lokasi sangat nyaman dengan area parkir yang luas. Stafnya juga sangat ramah, terutama ibu kos yang selalu siap membantu jika ada keluhan dari tamu. Beliau cepat merespons dan membuat suasana jadi nyaman, seperti keluarga sendiri. Terima kasih ibu kos, pasti lain kali saya akan menginap lagi di OYO Bypass 877.
