They also didn’t provide any information about the facilities or the Wi-Fi password. 3). The lobby had a lovely design, but there was noticeable mess in front of the kitchen area. 4). The room itself was pleasant, and the cleanliness was impressive, though the walls could use some maintenance to address the visible dark stains. 5). There was a telephone in the room, but it wasn’t connected, so I had to step outside to reach the reception. 6). When I requested slippers, the receptionist informed me that Collection O does not provide them. 7). The room on the first floor was a bit noisy due to thin walls and an open ventilation system in the bathroom, which allowed sounds to travel easily. 8). At checkout, the receptionist didn’t inquire about my stay experience, asked me to wait while housekeeping checked my room, but didn’t update me on their progress. I ended up leaving after waiting for about three minutes. Overall, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, but the hotel areas like the lobby and basement could definitely be tidier, and the service could use some enhancements to elevate the guest experience. There was one room with a bad AC, but they found a replacement and helped move my belongings. (Original) Tahun 2024 stay disini 3D2N dan booked 3 kamar aman aja. Hotelnya bagus, cuma emang hotel ini perlu remajaan disetiap kamarnya. Karna sprei udah lusuh banget, lampu kamar redup. Masukkan juga walaupun siang hari, biarkan lampu di setiap lorong tetap hidup. Pelayanannya cukup ok, ada 1 kamar yang AC nya gak dingin tp dicarikan kamar pengganti dan barang2 dibantu pindahkan.
