Ulasan=Kamar yang saya dapatkan sangat sesuai, begitu masuk langsung disemprot pewangi yang bikin suasana jadi segar. Kamar yang terletak di pojok ini juga membuatnya tenang, jauh dari keramaian. Wifi tersedia, meskipun tidak sampai ke kamar saya karena letaknya yang paling pojok, dan TV-nya standar, tapi gambarnya kurang jelas. Toilet sangat bersih, dan toiletries yang disediakan hanya sabun saja. Handuknya juga bersih. Setiap pagi, pihak penginapan rutin membersihkan kamar. Air hangat selalu siap sedia. Tempat parkirnya luas, jadi tidak perlu khawatir. Receptionist dan semua stafnya sangat ramah. AC di kamar dingin, membuat nyaman. Saya tiba di penginapan malam hari, tetapi receptionist dan staf lainnya tetap standby. Pelayanannya sangat memuaskan. Ada kolam renang yang bikin penginapan ini semakin menarik dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Jika saya traveling ke Lembang lagi, pasti akan kembali menginap di sini!
I didn’t have high expectations when I booked this hotel due to the low price, thinking it would be more like a guest house. However, when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was for a guest house. I got a room with a lovely view of the pool, which was really nice. The hotel was quite clean, and the staff were very responsive when I requested room cleaning and linen changes. Given the price, this hotel is a fantastic value and very comfortable. My family truly enjoyed our modest stay. Pool: Nice and clean, plus there’s a kids' pool too. Room: The staff cleaned it every day. Hot water: Excellent. Food: Quite acceptable. Cleanliness: Good. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Parking: Ample space. Would I come back? Absolutely!
