Perfect buat yang gak suka ngerasa kesempit-sempitan. Plus point terbesar adalah fasilitas kamarnya yang ala apartemen studio: udah dapet kulkas (GEA mini fridge), kompor gas (Progas jet flame), dan TV. Memang bukan Android TV, tapi aman banget tinggal dicolok STB aja buat nonton. 📍 Location: Juara Banget, Strategis Pol! Lokasinya bener-bener prime location. Mau nge-mall tinggal meluncur ke PIM atau Gandaria City (Gancit). Buat para pekerja kantoran, ini juga strategis banget karena deket ke Stasiun MRT Blok A atau Blok M. Mau ke mana-mana gampang dan hemat ongkos. 📶 Connectivity & Maintenance: Perlu Sedikit Modal & Sabar Wifi: Agak kurang oke bawaannya, tapi untungnya bisa request buat tarik kabel LAN gratis!
