Awal tahun baru, saya sangat beruntung bisa mendapatkan hotel bintang dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau melalui aplikasi Agoda. Saat check-in bersama keluarga, memang harus menunggu hingga setelah pukul 13.30 sesuai dengan kebijakan hotel dan perlu deposit sebesar 200 ribu. Namun, semua itu sebanding dengan fasilitas yang ditawarkan. Kamarnya luas dan bersih, ditambah dengan sofa yang bisa dijadikan tempat tidur, jadi tidak perlu lagi menambah extra bed untuk anak kecil. Fasilitas mandi juga lengkap, serta tersedia kopi dan teh gratis dengan pemanas air. Hanya saja, karena saya mendapatkan kamar yang tertutup, sinyal TV-nya kurang jernih. Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan mall dan area kuliner yang menawarkan berbagai pilihan makanan dan minuman. Dengan Agoda, saya bisa mendapatkan harga yang lebih ekonomis dibandingkan tarif publiknya. Sepertinya, jika berlibur di Palembang, saya ingin menginap di sini lagi.
Positive 🖤 The room was spacious, the bed super comfy, and everything was spotless, including the bathroom. I loved the modern design and the variety of TV channels available. Breakfast had a great selection, and it’s just a short walk to both Palembang Indah Mall and Ramayana Mall. The wi-fi in the lobby was fast, and the room service was top-notch, with really helpful staff. Negative ❌ The location can feel a bit unsafe for solo or female travelers at night unless you use Grab. There was a bit of a delay with check-in since the room wasn’t ready. The wi-fi in the room was a bit slow, especially in the evenings, and the shower had a slow flow; it seemed like the water heater wasn’t working properly.
