You'll be pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room; it's truly impressive for a 3-star hotel! The room quality is excellent, and the air conditioning is wonderfully cool. It comes with a hair dryer, and the internet connection is quite decent. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Palembang, with malls all around. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly helpful, and I really appreciated their support during some challenging moments. Just a little letdown with Agoda, but overall, a great experience!
