Walaupun kamarnya nggak ada jendela, tetap nyaman karena ada exhaust fan. Kamar mandinya memang di luar kamar, tapi selama nginep nggak pernah ngalamin antri, dan kebersihannya juga selalu terjaga. Di dekat resepsionis juga tersedia air panas gratis buat nyeduh teh atau kopi, lumayan banget kalau lagi pengen minuman hangat. Nilai plusnya, lokasinya strategis. Dekat Rumah Makan Chinese Halal, depot es yang menunya banyak (ada Nasi Sop Betawi, Ketoprak dll), dekat toko sembako, mini playground, dan kalau mau ke Indomaret tinggal jalan kaki sekitar 10 menit.
