The name has changed to match the one on Maps. The rooms are spacious, the AC is cool, no issues, but the toilet interior seems to need some updating. The toilet seat in my first room was wobbly. After moving to the next room for 3 days, it turned out the bidet was leaking (water kept leaking if the faucet wasn't turned off). The water heater may have been missing, as neither room I stayed in had hot water. But since the weather was very hot yesterday, the water was warm. There are plenty of chairs to relax in both the pool and lobby areas. The location is very strategic. It's just a short walk to Kuta and Legian Beach, and Legian Street is also very close, but safe from the noise of the bars. There are Muslim-friendly restaurants, minimarkets, and cafes frequented by foreigners around the hotel. Booking via the Ag*da app, Tvlk, prices under 125,000. Kamar pertama closet duduknya goyang, 3 hari pindah kamar sebelahnya, ternyata bidetnya bocor (keluar air terus jika keran tidak dimatikan), water heater mungkin memang tidak ada karena 2 kamar yg saya tempati tidak ada yang keluar air panas. Tapi karena kemarin cuaca sangat panas, airnya pun hangat. Banyak kursi untuk bersantai baik di area kolam renang maupun area lobby. Lokasi SANGAT STRATEGIS. Ke Pantai Kuta-Legian tinggal jalan kaki, mau ke Legian Street pun juga sangat dekat tapi aman dari suara bising bar2 di sana. Sekitar hotel ada tempat makan muslim, ada minimarket, ada cafe2 yang biasa disinggahi bule2. Booking via Aplikasi Ag*da, Tvlk harga dibawah 125rb.

I stayed here for 1 month. Its an old building and looks a bit tired from the outside, but the reception area has been refurbished and feels quite nice. My room was very large with a balcony... It was clean and has new facilities including a/c, bed/bedding and smart tv (with internet). The water pressure was good and the hot water was instant. The location isnt too far from the beach.. maybe 5 - 10min walk. There is plenty of local and western food places very close by and quite cheap/tasty. The staff were always smiling and greeted me everyday. I never had a problem here and in fact the manager (Yogi) went the extra mile to help me prepare for a costume party. I highly recommend to those travelling on a budget, its probably the best value for the price you can get in this area.
