Starting from simple things needing a clothesline for washing clothes, gallon water is also provided, there is also a refrigerator that can be used together. There are tea, sugar, coffee, a kitchen area complete with utensils and a stove and a sink. Really did not expect the place to be so comfortable. So here there is 1 building divided into two floors, two rooms upstairs and two rooms downstairs. We happened to get two rooms downstairs. Downstairs there is a shared dining/sitting room, a shared kitchen, a refrigerator and an iron too. Each floor has its own key. If the room is upstairs, you can still use the shared facilities through the side door. In the outdoor area there is a very spacious parking lot, there is also a gazebo and the atmosphere is still rural even though the location is very central to the city. Don't worry, even though the alley feels small, it can still fit a car. There are two types of rooms downstairs, one large bed and one double bed. Gak pernah merasa kekurangan di sini, semua dibantu. Mulai dari hal sederhana butuh jemuran untuk cuci baju, air galon juga disediakan, ada kulkas juga yang bisa digunakan bersama. Ada teh, gula, kopi, area dapur lengkap dengan perlengkapan dan kompor serta tempat cuci piring. Beneran gak nyangka tempatnya sangat nyaman. Jadi di sini ada 1 bangunan isinya terbagi dua lantai, lantai atas dua kamar dan lantai bawah dua kamar. Kebetulan kami kebagian dua kamar di lantai bawah. Lantai bawah ada ruang makan bersama/duduk-duduk, dapur bersama, kulkas dan ada setrika juga. Masing-masing lantai ada kuncinya sendiri. Kalo kamarnya di atas tetap bisa menggunakan fasilitas bersama lewat pintu samping. Di area luar luas banget parkirannya, ada gazebo juga dan suasananya masih pedesaan meskipun lokasinya tengah kota banget. Tenang aja walaupun gangnya terasa kecil tapi masih muat mobil juga kok. Kamar lantai bawah ada dua tipe, satu bed besar dan satu double bed. Kamar mandi juga berfungsi baik di dalam kamar, AC berfungsi, TV juga berfungsi baik.
