Ada teh, gula, kopi, area dapur lengkap dengan perlengkapan dan kompor serta tempat cuci piring. Beneran gak nyangka tempatnya sangat nyaman. Jadi di sini ada 1 bangunan isinya terbagi dua lantai, lantai atas dua kamar dan lantai bawah dua kamar. Kebetulan kami kebagian dua kamar di lantai bawah. Lantai bawah ada ruang makan bersama/duduk-duduk, dapur bersama, kulkas dan ada setrika juga. Masing-masing lantai ada kuncinya sendiri. Kalo kamarnya di atas tetap bisa menggunakan fasilitas bersama lewat pintu samping. Di area luar luas banget parkirannya, ada gazebo juga dan suasananya masih pedesaan meskipun lokasinya tengah kota banget. Tenang aja walaupun gangnya terasa kecil tapi masih muat mobil juga kok. Kamar lantai bawah ada dua tipe, satu bed besar dan satu double bed. Kamar mandi juga berfungsi baik di dalam kamar, AC berfungsi, TV juga berfungsi baik.
