Great value for a convenient location and decent facilities. We booked two rooms for one night for our family of four. There’s no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, but the staff were very helpful in assisting us. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. The power sockets were the local two-pin type. The WiFi was usable, though not particularly fast. We did encounter some issues with the water supply, which was slow and cut off for a while during the night, but it returned to normal after a few hours. The air conditioning thermostat didn’t seem to work properly (set at 18 °C but felt more like 25 °C), yet it was still adequate for a decent night's sleep. It’s about a five-minute walk to a nearby convenience store and around a 15-minute stroll to the airport. There aren’t many dining options close by, so we opted for delivery through GrabFood. Breakfast consisted of local dishes (rice, vegetables, and spicy shredded chicken), which was a bit plain for our taste, but still enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this place for its value, as our stay was quite comfortable for the budget we had.
I had a quick two-night stay at the Super OYO while in Bali, and it was perfect for my transit needs. The location is super convenient, just a short ride from the airport and Kuta Beach. The staff were fantastic, and my room was spacious, clean, and peaceful. However, the shower head had a crack, which caused the water to spray out the side. I asked the staff to replace it, but it seems there was a bit of a communication hiccup, as they were otherwise very helpful. It's definitely walkable to the airport (my friend and I did it on our way back to Kuta after I scouted the route earlier), but I wouldn't suggest it unless you're familiar with the area. It's completely safe, just a bit tricky to navigate. I also had them store my larger bag while I took a short trip to Flores, and they charged a small fee for keeping it in a secure closet.
